Making Strawberry Jam

My little helpers helping me make a staple in our home. We love strawberry jam and the monkeys had so much fun mashing the berries and stirring and stirring and stirring. Making jam requires lots of stirring. Although I think Layton was sticking his little finger in for tastes more than anything.

I LOVE that Layton is in his spiderman suit! Tyson spent all day on MOnday in his Flash costume.
Don't you just love little boys?

Yummy! How on earth do you make strawberry jam when you have three kids? I'm lucky I got lunch made! You'll have to pass on some tips! Miss you guys way too much. Have a good one.

How fun is that! I love homemade strawberry jam, maybe one day you could teach me how to do it! I remember when we went to that mommy fair thing, and you made peanut butter and jelly with your strawberry jam, yummy! What a fun memory for your kids!

Kathryn-Tyler's Grandma Barney made Sydney the brown and pink one when she was 2 and I asked her to make the red one for Christmas this year.Sydney asked Santa for a red store person apron. She is always sewing or knitting something.I love that they have something from their grandma-great!
Cali, I wish I had tips for you, we just planned our jam making around Jackson's nap.
Stacey, I remember that day too. It was so fun to spend time with you because we never see each other.

Kristen! Hi, this is Karen Coy (Formerly Moyes). I found your blog through Scott and Aleese's and just wanted to say hi. Your kids are adorable! We just ran out of our last container of strawberry freezer jam.... I guess we should make some more.
