I meant to post this on Valentines Day but I have not found the spare moment, so here I am late, speaking of late this has been the trend lately with my 3 kids. I hate being late!!
Sydney: She is such a good girl. She really wants to make good choices. She loves to be a helper and Layton has figured out(just this week) that if mom is busy he can ask Sydney to help him.Yeah!! I was changing Jackson and Layton wanted a drink, he asked me and I told him I would help him when I was done. He said "I'll ask Sydney." And Syndey loves to help,in fact more than Layton usually likes, but she is always willing to help and often I find here doing things to help without being asked. She is such a sweetheart. I love how much she loves here brothers and how good she is with them. They have a great example to follow.
Layton: He is our goof ball!!! Really he is so silly! I don't think a day goes by that he makes me laugh a few times. He is so playful and if he sees me do anything that looks like it could be a game he wants to "play". Such as loading the washing machine with only the white clothes. He loves to put clothes in the washer. (I hope this continues into his teenage years) He also loves to sing, he sings around the house usually scooby doo song, spider man song, or Charly song (I'm gettin' Nuttin for Christmas he learned form his uncle Charly). He is so much fun! I also love that Layton like to give me kisses. I love my little Layton kisses and hugs, and request them often!
Jackson: I can't believe my baby is turning one soon. It is always fun to see your baby grow and learn and never gets old. I love my little Jackson. One of his favortie things right now is peek-a-boo, which is sometimes useful when changing diapers, which by the way Jackson has been by far the worst at holding still for diaper changes and is usually screaming when we change him. He also like to crawl away after he has been cleaned and then look back at me as if to say, "just try and get me mom." This is when peek-a-boo comes in handy and I can entice him back if I put something over my head for him to come pull off. I love to hear Jackson laugh, nothing is more fun to hear than the laughter of a baby.
I of course love my Tyler too! But have embarrased him enough on my blog. However I do think he is amazing and I love him so much!
I am so grateful to have them. I just read on my sister blog about how grateful she is for here children. She had a long wait after her first and after a lot of effort and heartache, they were finally blessed with their new baby Presly. It was so sweet to hear her talk about all the precious moments in her new baby's life. It made me stop and think that I maybe take my little ones forgranted and that I need to take more time to appreciate the moments that are so precious in their lives. I am so grateful for them and love all my little ones so much.
