Well we made a last minute trip to Utah just before school started thanks to my wonderful and extremely generous parents. My mom flew out here to Oklahoma and helped me get things ready to go then she drove back with my to Utah with me. We took two days to drive back and stopped at Casabonitas in Denver the restaurant we used to go to when I was little visiting my aunt Jaydene in Denver. It was a great break in the drive and the kids LOVED all the diving shows and exploring the caves. While in Utah my mom had tons of fun things planned for us to do and it was SO nice to be able to get out with the kiddos and have fun together. We went to This Is The Place State Park, the BYU's museum with all the real stuffed animals ( I can't remember what it was called), the Roy aquatic center, camping and playing in Bear Lake. We had a Blast!! Thank you so much Mom and Dad for all the fun. We LOVED being there with you and all the fam!!

to think you were only less than 2 miles away from us!!! Next time you better call:) Sydney looks so grown up! Looks like it was a lot of fun.
So nice that even though you don't have family close by, they're always there! Summer trips are what it's all about. The kids (despite long endless hours in the car) are excited to see new places and discover things that broaden their little worlds.
